I am for the most part happy I. The service all the way through the service until I asked about a price match on a prescription that was given for my dog, and wasn't responded to in a reasonable time for the sake of getting my pet started on the meds so I just ordered the meds at a higher price than I could of paid

The vet was fine & provided my pet w/ the meds she needed for her bladder infection last Saturday. She said getting the prescription transferred to a pharmacy would take longer then going thru their pharmacy so since she needed the medicine ASAP I chose to use them. The script was supposed to show up on Monday or Tuesday w/ the datesbut we're going on FRIDAY & still no meds & now they're saying it won't be here until the following Monday. I wasted so much money since I'm going to take her to her vet tomorrow to get her relief. If I wouldn't have kept getting updates that her meds would be arriving I would've taken her sooner. Wish I could get my money back. Very unsatisfied customer

Try to bill you for same service after you pay once cant get ahold of anyone account information screwed up where you have to call just get billing information and alot of website issues.

The vet call was just fine. It’s the amount of time. I have to wait to give my dog its medication. A week and if I wanna pay an extra $20 I can get it two days faster. It would be very easy for them to send the order of amoxicillin to the pharmacist

I never received the prescription eyewash only the over the counter wash. . Even after contacting them several times. Did not get refund for it . Did not get refunded the expedited shipping . Had to take my pet the vet after waiting several days for the medicine they never sent

Got a video appointment for my cat with a respiratory infection Tuesday and was told to get rush shipping so I can get my cats antibiotics in 1-2 days not 5. I have been feeding my cat through a syringe because she is so congested and can't smell her food, so she doesn't eat. I was better off paying for a vet visit to get her meds. If your pet is sick and needs meds asap DON'T use Dutch, your pet will suffer longer than they should.

I like the ease and quickness of contacting a vet. But the inability to get the actual prescription so you can use it locally is problematic, particularly when your pet is in discomfort and you have to way3-4 days—even with selecting the extra $20 expedited shipping— to get your meds. I understand that the business model is to use their pharmacy, but when an antibiotic is needed, the passage of time is unsettling.

Awful service. True waste of money, I wish I had never signed up. Even when I had a cat and used it, the medication was expensive and the vets were not that helpful. I really wish I had never come across this service and signed up. I had to give away my cat under traumatic circumstances and then didn't realize my account would autorenew many months later. They don't give you any notice that they will charge you $132 for a service you don't need without giving you a refund. I'm now stuck paying $132 for absolutely no reason because they don't give you notice that it will be charged and then refuse to give you a refund. Deceitful and unhelpful.

I just used Dutch for the first time today and I couldn't be happier about my whole experience I had. The doctor was fantastic and informative and seem like a genuinely nice individual. This service that they have I wish it existed years ago. I also hope to see them have an app for Android and Apple.
