I had a conversation through email regarding my claims. They explained why i was not getting paid with one of the items I sent, however, I asked them what about the rest of the claims which were not pre existing condition? I haven’t gotten any answer.

Pet insurance is very confusing, but Pumpkin makes my submitting a claim and getting it paid very easy. The turn around of submitted invoice to getting paid is done very quickly.
