I don’t even think I have service yet. I already paid about a week ago. I received an email saying I still don’t have coverage.

I provided all of my dog’s information for her new policy, including the reason why she was denied and was told to proceed with the policy only to be officially denied. That was a waste of my time when I could’ve been told on the phone that she was going to be denied. I have been a customer for over 6 years so this was poor customer service.

I trust Nationwide insurance for Pet protection!

I wanna cancel and it’s to difficult

It would have been nice to know that it takes up to 7 business days to underwrite and approve this, and it would have been nice to know I had to pre-pay for 2 months the day I purchased the plan

I wanted the same coverage for both of my kittens and that is not what happened. Waiting fir customer service help still.

Adding pre-existing conditions that don't exist, even though multiple emails, notes, and vet notes CLEARLY never said it's pre-existing. Also, the condition is not even currently existing.

Put in for this insurance about 2 weeks ago for cat... Haven't heard back since. But they did take my money. Haven't even gotten policy in mail yet ...
