Embrace - Pros & Cons
Pros:
• We’ve been with Embrace for 10 years, and overall they’ve been very reliable.
• When claims were mistakenly flagged as “pre-existing,” my vet provided documentation and Embrace corrected it and paid.
• Customer service has been fair and responsive.
Cons:
• Premiums rise every year, no matter the policy type.
• Currently paying over $500/month for two dogs (one older, one young and healthy).
• The USAA member discount is minimal and hardly noticeable.
Overall: Embrace has been trustworthy when it comes to paying claims, but the steep and ever-rising premiums make it hard to justify the cost — especially when one pet has had no health issues at all

It takes for ever to review the bill. And you don’t pay hardly anything. Very disappointed!!
Embrace - Taking too long for reimbursement of…
Taking too long for reimbursement of claim. That last two claims were for the same virus that took more antibiotics to cure.
Embrace - I do not recommend this pet insurance
I do not recommend this pet insurance. I’ve had a claim pending for 2 months and all my vets have submitted the information they have requested and they still won’t release the claim. I even called today to speak to a supervisor and they refused to let me speak to one stating that i need to speak to the adjusted that still hasn’t returned any of my calls. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer. I do not recommend

The web site didn't work at all yesterday. Today, it bounced me back to the homepage 6 times during the claims process.

Embrace - Not very accessible 
The app is not really accessible for visually impaired users and you try to submit a claim using a screen reader the screen just stops working 
Embrace - I have no problem with the customer…
I have no problem with the customer service department; they were polite, supportive, and professional... it's the company, itself, that gives me cause for pause. I have been a customer for nine years. This year, when my policy was up for renewal, I saw a 71% rate increase. My pets are healthy and have not had massive claims submitted during that nine year span. The service rep told me the price increase was because of the dogs' ages... that's total price-gouging, imho... I am so fed up... the cost to renew a policy for two dogs was almost $4k per year... WAY more than I spend on vet bills... totally out of control!
Embrace - Read EVERY single fine print…
Read EVERY single fine print down to every letter and each punctuation point. This company has been the worst not only when it comes to cost, but their lack of empathy, their unwillingness to cover anything EVEN if the diagnosis ties into something it pet is currently being treated for, they will take the cowards way out to tie it back to something and call it “pre-existing”
