I think Embrace is a worthless investment. I pay $100 a month for my insurance. They denied my claim because my cat has vomited in the past. Don’t waste your money.

Normally I was able to upload all the pictures but every time I chose the six pictures to upload, when I clicked “next” it would not add them and mentioned that I would need to email them to Claims at embracepetinsurance.com. Glad there was a workaround. I emailed and hopefully that will work.

When I try to log in, a notice says "Unavailable at this time. I called and the girl contacted a computer geek at you company to fix the problem, and she did but I just tried to log in this am and the problem is happening again. I cannot use your services if I can't even get into my own account. Please fix this and let me know when it's fixed. I will give you to the end of the month. Just like all other pet insurance policies, you pay them monthly, they increase your annual for no reason and find ways not to cover expenses. Not to mention, with high deductibles and low reimbursement rates, so even if you get it covered you are still out of pocket a majority of the expense. I would have saved $15K not having any pet insurance. This is a scam, they all are.

To much hassle every time I submit a claim , do not approve what they offer , prices increase every year at more than 60% because age of dog

Everything went wrong, first of all you guys took out the money from my account for starting my plan, and then I was never notified about being reimbursed for things, instead of having the vet just bill you guys, so I decided to cancel my policy with you guys and I was told that I would get my money refunded back to me in full, and instead you guys tried to take out more money out of my account again!!!! That's not right of you guys to do that to people, what a bunch of scammers you are!!!!!! Better make it right with me....

Pet Insurance with Embrace is a complete waste of your money. They use the excuse of "preexisting conditions" to deny major claims. Embrace's Claims Dept used a 2022 trip to the Vet for muscle soreness after vigorous exercise to deny a torn ACL surgery claim in 2025 despite a statement from the 2025 Vet saying the two incidents were unrelated. Stay away from Embrace.

This place is a complete joke!!!! Called in for a claim I submitted told me it would 10-14 business days which is fine, but it's been 15 days now, so I called and asked what was going on and now they tell me 30 business days! But they sure in the hell want my payment when its DUE!!!!!!!!!

I just got me policy renewal in a 90% increase I asked why and was told it was due to my dogs age my dog has recently turned 3 years old and inflation was the reason.strange as the inflation rate is sitting at around 3%. Just another example of consumers being ripped off by insurance companies

They got greedy. They tripled my rate over the course of a month so I cancelled them. My pet had no existing conditions and never filed a claim. Called to confront them they said they had no particular reason just increased my rates. They could have kept collecting the same amount on my pet and everyone after and made more money than the tripled rate per month that only lasted a month. Not very smart and I’ll never use them again.
