Difficult to deal with from the beginning, not helpful whatsoever. I am not happy with the company and the only reason why I am keeping the insurance as of right now is because of an upcoming surgery.
Embrace - Some good and some bad
Promptness and communication are great. However, they do not cover most of every vet bill we get. Plus the deductible combined with monthly fees are almost impossible to say it's a good investment, even if there's surgery or annual visits in one calendar year.

My claim was not processed properly until I had to call and the customer service representative realized that the claims processing did not operate as it should have. This whole thing was a nightmare. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied. At least your customer service representative was able to help me, because the rest of you all dropped the ball.

Embrace - Customer Service is always great but…
Customer Service is always great but it's about the only thing they have going for them. Once you submit anything to them they send an obscene amount of emails asking for clarification. My vet (and myself) have sent them them the documentation they need 5 or more times and they still can't seem to get out together. They don't pay out on certain ER services, because according to them they are not ER services. When I'm driving to an ER hospital with a limp animal at 2:00 a.m. with no rhyme or reason, all life saving things the ER vet does at that point to bring my dog back to life feels like it would be ER coverage. But Embrace will deny it. They take forever to process a claim and when you call, the agents are very nice but it seems it's always "another department" who is dropping the ball. I submitted a claim that added up to $21K, my coverage is for $5K and I'm getting resistance on how much of that is covered. There is no way $5K of $21K isn't covered but Embrace will most likely find a way to not cover it.
Embrace - Getting the run around.
Most of my claims are slow to be reviewed. It appears to me anytime I have a claim that is more than $100.00 they have to review my pets records. They request records from my vet. A week later I will receive another email telling me that my vet has not sent the needed records. I have been in contact with my vet. They reassure me that the day they receive they sent the records. I feel that Embrace gives me the run around hoping that I will give up on asking for a reimbursement. I do not recommend this insurance. I gave 2 stars because the small claims have been settled in a reasonable time frame.

Very unfortunate to have to write this review. Embrace Insurance's #1 job is to find ways to deny your insurance claim. Found this out the hard way. This shady business will find every single possible reason and scrape the scum of the earth to decline your insurance claim. I can't believe how unreasonable they are. I have never ever came close to getting any reimbursements despite working with our vet and their team, providing all documentations, AND even getting a formal letter from our vetenarian stating our cat's symptoms are unrelated to pre-existing conditions. They still denied us! Not even one reimbursement from the multiple treatments we had. These guys are nuts. Total scammers!! Beware!!
