I wouldn’t even give them one star. Made a claim request to use the emergency fund when my dog had to go to the emergency vet due to throwing up blood. It was denied due to them needing a video call first. Two problems, 1. I’m deaf, how is that going to work out? And 2. I wasn’t going to wait for the vet technician to tell me to take my dog to the emergency vet, when I already knew that. Pawp is a complete scam and will use any excuse they can to get out of paying for vet bills. Hell, Chewy hooks me up with an actual vet, and they don’t charge for that service. Got rid of Pawp, will be looking for a a real pet insurance provider who actually follow through on their obligations.

I just enrolled so I dont have much of an experience yet. My only drawback is you took my payment right away but coverage starts in 2 weeks. We'll see how that goes

I can never get in touch with the company. I’ve called several times, sent emails, and requested call backs, FOR MONTHS. Still can’t reach anyone. Idk if there are no cover customer service reps anymore or something but this is very frustrating due to the fact that I have some important business to handle. Here’s one even better. I can’t get in touch with them to cancel this service either. Ridiculous and I am highly disappointed by Cover insurance. Proceed with caution.

After reading the terms I realized that this insurance is useless

I had two premium payments taken from my debit card and when I called I was told that it was stated somewhere. That is a load of crap because if I would have known that I would not have signed up for Bobby.

I signed up for the wellness care and it didn’t happen. I thought they’d take out 22.00 but they only took out the 13.00

Took three days to register. I was on my new Samsung galaxy phone and I could not get my registration to go through. I switched my browser to Firefox instead 9f google Chrome, and my registration finally went rhrough.

Advertisement says cost is $14 but my account was charged $23. Big difference!

I tried to sign up, got all the welcome emails, etc. Then could not access the website, got an error. Called and was told oh sorry, our bad, apply again. Did, but had no luck getting the darn thing paid, again, website issues. Cancelled and gave up trying. Went with Pets Best. Then out of the blue 8 weeks later, I was charged for both months. Waiting on hold for 45 min+. What a laughable company. I do not recommend them and will never suggest them to any of my clients.

This company is a scam. They will take your money and find a loop hole on how to not assist you with your clams. Don’t waist your time with them
