Insurance companies are constantly reviewing us. Are we too old? Do we live in the wrong place? Is our credit score high enough? Well, now it's time to turn the tables. Do you charge too much? Will you pay my claim quickly? Is your coverage worse than it seems? We can review you too.

Fetch - Deeply frustrated
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with how my claims were handled. As a responsible pet owner, I chose your company expecting reliable support during difficult times. However, the denial of my claim has left me frustrated and questioning the value of the coverage I purchased.
The issue with my pet did not start until months after we purchased the insurance, so we fully believed we were eligible for coverage. There was no attempt to simply take advantage of the insurance—we enrolled because we wanted to ensure our pet had the best care possible. Unfortunately, the claims denial has made it feel as though the protection we signed up for was not actually there when we needed it most.
Your company promotes having the “most comprehensive pet insurance,” yet our experience has not reflected that promise. How does this level of service align with the coverage you claim to provide? From my experience, it looks like your policy was crooked—designed to collect premiums while avoiding legitimate payouts. Pets are family, and when pet owners turn to insurance for help, they deserve fairness and compassion—not unexpected roadblocks. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider how you can better support the pet owners who rely on you.
ManyPets - I have been with ManyPets US for years
I have been with ManyPets US for years, and was generally overall happy with them. Until this morning. I got an email from them that they are transferring my policy to Odie, a company that has a litany of 1 star reviews, for both premiums and claim times. Even getting in touch with Odie seems to be useless.
My dog was diagnosed with a pre-existing condition that I was confident about, given I had Many Pets backing me and now I am in the dark. No one other than AKC will cover her conditions, given a 12 month waiting period.
Many Pets has left their members, who paid quite a lot of money, with a choice of no coverage or coverage with a substantially sub-par company. Shame on you Many Pets.
ManyPets - Im paying this insurance for years It…
Im paying this insurance for years It was my understanding wellcare and medications are covered and you are reimbursing me $17.00 out of a $250.00 preventive medication. Tell me where I could buy this for $17. I will be looking for other insurance.
Fetch - Don't cover regular claims
going to move to another provider - they don't cover regular claims
Fetch Canada - SAVE UP YOUR MONEY INSTEAD
I initially got pet insurance because I never had a lot of money saved away, and when we started it was only $30 per month. After about 6+ years with Fetch Pet Insurance, and the way they weren't able to own up to their own mistake after a quote on a big operation for my dog, I have come to the conclusion that the money I pay for Pet Insurance just isn't worth it. They missed out telling me important information multiple times, which is frustrating - I could have been using it on our yearly vet bills. The thing is, within 4 years, you could and likely will be paying $150+ per month per dog because your premium keeps going up. You're better off saving $200 a month for your dog's vet bills and their future, in my opinion.
ManyPets - Company very very difficult to deal…
Company very very difficult to deal with over claims. They are always looking for reasons not to pay and take an excessive amount of time.
Embrace - Penny pinchers and not worth it.
My husband and I have a 4 year old dog going on 5. We had embrace for 1 year. During that time, they upped our monthly from $63 to $90 a month because of, "inflation". This was the LESSER of the plans. The thing that made us cancel was we went to take our dog to his annual wellness visit, which cost us $290. Because we had scheduled our wellness visit 4 days sooner than 1 year due to the vet's scheduling conflicts (we needed our dog to get the flu and bordatella shots in order to keep going to dog daycare), they refused to reimburse us. Because of FOUR DAYS. We cancelled, I can't believe they'd forego over $1K a year because they didn't want to reimburse us 70% of $290 ($203). If it's this bad now I can't even imagine when my dog actually gets sick what a nightmare it would be.

Embrace - I liked the most of the process
I liked the most of the process. It was very difficult to select the hospital. Had to try 20 to 30 times to input. Very frustrating!!!! Otherwise would have given it 5 starts. I had 14 claims to file so it was difficult. Otherwise the app works great
Spot - You pay monthly for your pet insurance…but
You pay monthly for your pet insurance with the expecations that when they fall ill, you have coverage. I did not realize that there was a max annual amount. I am a little upset and disappointed that one of my dogs will not have any reimbursement for his surgery in 2 wks. You also do not have the ablitlity to upgrade your insurance without a penalty. The penalty is... you dog has to be symptom free for 180 days. My dog cannot wait that long.
I will still continue with the insurance, I just wish I paid closer attention to the max annual.
