Have an issue with your insurance?
Let everyone know!
Insurance companies are constantly reviewing us. Are we too old? Do we live in the wrong place? Is our credit score high enough? Well, now it's time to turn the tables. Do you charge too much? Will you pay my claim quickly? Is your coverage worse than it seems? We can review you too.
Fetch Pet - I would not recommend Fetch
I would not recommend Fetch. They tripled the monthly payment because they did not want my dog on their insurance. They told me it was because of rising prices. Lie. They went from $56 a month to $148 a month. I did not even meet the deductible for last year. I did a new quot different dog name and email. Same insurance was $53 a month same zip code. I was not even given a refund when I cancelled. Go to anyone else avoid Fetch.
ASPCA Pet Insurance - SCAM do not waste your money or think they will have your back when you need them.
SCAM. I have paid into my cats insurance $50/ month for 4 years and then they without telling me have been charging me $80 a month since last November. In the 5 years that I have been responsible and had my cat insured, I have never submitted a claim until this month when she was diagnosed with cancer. In comes the first bill for over $600 appointment and ASPCA will pay $20 and stand by their BS reasoning. Do NOT waste your money, but more importantly - do NOT have a false sense of security instilled thinking that the insurance you have paid into for years and years will actually be there for you when you need them.
ASPCA Pet Insurance - Worst pet insurance on market
This is the worst pet insurance I ever had. Their billing dept is incompetent! My previous company stopped selling pet insurance. Choosing ASPCA was a mistake. I cancelled when one pet died and canceled the other one in January 2025. They have just drafted my account for both pets yet again even though one died in Sept 2024. I will spend another 30 minutes on the phone today trying to get them to understand! Uggg

Had a great experience talking to the online vet. Very friendly and took the time to ask questions and listen. Wonderful experience.
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Beware: They start you low & then BAM!
I just received my annual premium renewal for my Rhodesian Ridgeback from Healthy Paws and I had to call them to make sure their email was accurate: The email said they would be increasing my monthly premium from $157.40/month to $416.65/month. And this was for a policy that we literally never use. On the call, they said that the increase was due to the high amount of pet medical claims in my state. Insta-CANCEL! Sorry, but I won’t be subsiding other people’s pet bills. I’d rather put that $5k per year to work in a CD.
Dutch Pet Insurance - AVOID!
I have 2 cats with serious anxiety issues, that make them very hard to get to the vet. They are on gabapentin. I thought the online vet would be easier so I set up an appointment. I was clear what medication I wanted both in the request and in person. Gabapentin costs about 2 cents per pill, but I got prescribed something that was $62 a month instead- and a flea med I didn't ask for since my cats are indoors only.
Spot Pet Insurance - Along with your rate increase
Along with your rate increase, do you also plan to raise the allowable expenses for vaccines and preventative care and other items?
Fetch Pet - I tried to get pharmacy information &…
I tried to get pharmacy information & was stuck in an endless loop which didn't progress. I also tried to add direct deposit information & that didn't progress either. This is the first time I have used Fetch & I REALLY hope this isn't an indication of how they work.

Go Pet Plan - Covered for Life…(What a lie!)
I had a continuous covered for life policy, following expensive surgery, my cover limit was exceeded in the early part of year 10, but I continued to pay the premiums with no benefit for the remainder of the policy year to retain the cover for life.
