MetLife - Policy Increase
MetLife increased my policy by over $700 a year. They are stating that this policy that I have no longer exists therefore I have to pay the price for it. I called multiple times they did not want to help me except for wanting to reduce my coverage which I do not want to do that was their only option. Their customer service was terrible I was lied to a couple of times by customer service and I was told that if I did not want to change my coverage then there wasn't anything that they could do for me since my policy that I have doesn't exist anymore

Overall I am satisfied with the Handling of the Wellness Claims But Having recently increased Premiums without increasing Benefits leaves me somewhat dissatisfied considering the cost of Pet Care has Increased considerably ? An Increase in Wellness Allocation would be greatly Appreciated!!Just Saying!!
MetLife - Claim Response Time
Your timely response to complete claims is awful!!!!! Says 5-10 days, it might wait a month!!!!! To get my money back and every time I submit a claim it duplicates it, and then you all are so confused that you can't figure it out!!! Your system sucks!!!!!
Pets Best - Raise rates every year
Don't bother unless you can afford for your rates to go up every single year. This year they raised my rate $20 for no good reason but because my boy is year older making him 4 yrs old. Total scam like every other insurance company. I have a $500 deductible so I never use the coverage anyway. All out of pocket and rates still go up. What a joke!!! I will be canceling.

1-YOUR PLAN IS NOT ACCEPTED AS A PAYMENT OPTION WHEN CHECKING OUT AT THE,VETERINARIAN.
2.TAKES TOO MUCH TIME , 3-5 DAYS , IN APPROVE A REIMBURSEMENT. WE ARE IN THE XXI CENTURY .
3- TRUPANION DID NOT COVER THE ENTIRE INVOICE, TOO MANY DEDUCTIONS IN A SMALL INVOICE.
4 WHEN YOU JOIN A PET HEALTH PLAN, YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGH STANDARD SATISFACTION COVERAGE.
IT MAKE NOSENCE TO .PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR A COVERAGE THAT ONLY COVER A FRACTION OF THE COSTS. IT MAKE MORE SENCE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE PET EXPENSES AND DEPOSIT THE MONTHLY FEE ,,,
I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THE CHEM - PHARMA INDUSTRY FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND I KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SERVICE IS, AND WHAT CLIENTS ESPECT FROM US.
ITS Frustrating THAT YOU SPEND OVER A WEEK LOOKING INTO EACH INVOICE JUST TO SHORT PAY IT.

If you need to increase the cost of your coverage just to cover full invoices , that could be acceptable, but having a “short payment coverage” is not what pet lovers are looking for,,,

Your website continuously had issues of not working and stating try again later. I assume this is your way of slowing down the submission of claims since you very rarely process any claims at 10 days or less.
MetLife - They just lie so far
They advertise no wait time for covering a pets general checkup at least in Washington State, and they in fact do not cover them.
Embrace - Unsatisfied again
So far, every claim we have submitted has been denied. Claims have even been deleted for no reason. Very unhappy with the service. I only gave it two stars because they respond quickly, just never with what you want to hear. It seems like nothing is ever covered.

I submitted two invoices for prescription cat food prescribed by my Veterinarian. My cat has had major digestive issues, and is now healing and much better.
Only one invoice was reimbursed. Kindly inform me how I can better submit forms and invoices so that the total amount is reimbursed, according to the policy that I have for my cat. Something is not working right, and apologies if it my fault with submitting documentation. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.
Also, what is the reason for such a substantial increase in policy coverage? Does it depend on usage? I have never gone beyond the limit.
