This was my first experience with a pet insurance, I was told that it will be difficult to file a claim, but Figo made everything easy and fast.

Exceptionally poor communication timing and lack of accurate directions. Two months to resolve - unacceptable

Multiple claims on a 30 day policy the shelter gave us and one we purchased. No prior exclusions and wellness included yet EVERY claim has been denied or delayed. We need x to pay. we provide it. Oh now we need Y to pay and the payout timer resets to another 30 days. Sales rep said 10 day easy repayment.

The claims process is easy and my claims were paid promptly. My only beef is that the premiums have increased a lot from year to year.

I called in and tried to change my email and was told I had to do it online. But I needed my email address to login. I finally got someone on the phone who changed it for me. Then I tried to submit claims. Good luck! All the hassle to get a $50 check with all the claims I submitted after a year. Not worth all the hassle. Plz close my account.

No prescription in Texas, the only reason I bothered signing up for this service. Very disappointing.

Put a claim in in July and still never got reimburse. Called 7 times and sent in soap notes 3 times and still nothing

my pets were insured with Many Pets and I had a great experience for three years. I was told that Many Pets merged or sold to Odie Pet Insurance. What a joke. I had to submit a claim and they keep giving bizarre excuses as to why they will not reimburse me. One excuse was that I had to send all my two pets medical records from the first day they were seen, so I did that. And then they were asking for previous records before they were even born. I truly do not know what to do now bc any other insurance company I would go to wouldnt cover any pre-existing conditions. So basically we all have been duped.

Claims take too long

Your reviewers assign their own diagnoses and claim the claim submission is pre-existing, as opposed to what the veterinarian has listed as a diagnosis. Multiple appeals due to errors on your part. I would change insurance companies if I could, but then my dog's issues would be "pre-existing."
