My furbaby has been insured with Trupanion since she was 8 weeks and came to her forever home. Our experience has been excellent. Very good and fast response from Trupanion. My only complaint is that the monthly payment has increased very much every year.

Having a helpful, empathetic & knowledgeable Trupanion Associate answer my questions. Also was a quick claim turn around which made it so less stressful with my sick pet.

Vet was very helpful in making my doggie feel better

It takes forever to get paid back for vet visits. This year my dog was diagnosed with cancer. An he has have to have had surgery 3 times so his vet bills so far have totaled almost 25k. To no shock his policy is to renew on November 11th 2025 an to no surprise his policy has gone up over 150.00 so I went from paying 240.00 to 350.00 a month. When I asked why the increase was told due to the vets have increased so they need to as well. Funny part is my kids also have MetLife pet insurance an their insurance has not gone up.

For the time I was with Figo Pet Ins., they made timely reimbursements and explanations, they were readily available to help by phone and in person. In the end, when my pet was sick, passed away and the bills were soaring, they made quick reimbursements. It was a big load off my mind. I have and always will recommend Figo Pet Ins. Thank you for making this tough time a little easier to handle.

Easy to navigate online system and enter information

Pumpkin insurance is great. When I submit a claim they process and review it very quickly. They are professional and fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Pet Insurance.
